Bingo.com Restructures Board
VANCOUVER, Canada, March 8, 2002 / Bingo.com, Inc. (OTC BB: BIGR), operator of the Internet’s pre-eminent bingo portal, today announced that it has accepted the resignations of board members Mitch White and Randy Peterson.
Mr.White is leaving the board of Bingo.com in order to better focus his efforts on his role as Chairman of CYOP Systems International Inc. Mr. Peterson is stepping down because of other personal and professional commitments. He will continue to work with the company on an ongoing basis in an advisory capacity.
Bingo.com will fill the vacated board seats at the upcoming annual shareholders meeting to be held in July.
