Shoal Games Ltd. COLLABORATES with Sony Pictures Entertainments “PETER RABBIT™” for official MOBILE game of the film.
ANGUILLA, B.W.I., February 26, 2018 / The adventurous hero from Beatrix Potter’s classic tale is back bringing mischief and mayhem in Sony Pictures’ Peter Rabbit™, starring James Corden as the voice of Peter, with Rose Byrne and Domhnall Gleeson in live-action roles, now playing in theaters nationwide. Shoal Games Ltd. (TSX-V:SGW”) (OTCQB:SGLDF), mobile software developer, publisher, and owner of Rooplay (www.rooplay.com), announced that it has collaborated with Sony Pictures Entertainment to develop and launch the official mobile game of the PETER RABBIT™ film.
The game, PETER RABBIT™ Maze Mischief, has launched exclusively in the Apple App Store. The Peter Rabbit game will be launched on Google Play later in the month and will also be featured for subscribers on Rooplay, the Company’s EdTech platform of learning games for children. PETER RABBIT™ Maze Mischief has players racing around an endless series of mazes collecting carrots.

Shoal Games Ltd. Raises US$2,551,500 in Financing
ANGUILLA, B.W.I., February 21, 2018 / Shoal Games Ltd. (TSX-V:SGW) (OTCQB:SGLDF) (the “Company”), mobile software developer, owner, and publisher of Rooplay (http://www.rooplay.com) and the Rooplay Originals games featuring Garfield, Moomin, Mr. Men & Little Miss, and Mr. Bean, today announced that it has closed the non-brokered private placement financing it announced on February 7, 2018 (the “Financing”).
The Financing was oversubscribed, raising US$2,551,500 from the issuance of 7,290,000 common shares at US$0.35 per share.
Shoal Games Secures License to Mr. Bean
ANGUILLA, B.W.I., February 21, 2018 – Shoal Games Ltd. (TSXV: SGW) (OTCQB: SGLDF) (“the Company”), mobile software developer, publisher, and owner of Rooplay (http://www.rooplay.com), today announced that it has licensed the rights to Endemol Shine Group’s Mr. Bean Animated brand (http://www.mrbean.com/) to produce a range of classic and educational games.
The announcement follows the recent news that Tiger Aspect Productions, an Endemol Shine UK company, will produce a third run of Mr. Bean: The Animated Series. The series will air in 2019 on CITV in the UK and across international markets on Turner’s Boomerang (as well as other Turner Kids channels in select markets) through deals agreed by Endemol Shine International. Rowan Atkinson will return to voice the animated version of his British icon and will continue to be involved in the creative direction of the show.
