Bingo.com Hires Chief Financial Officer
VANCOUVER, British Columbia–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Oct. 17, 2001– Bingo.com, Inc. (OTC BB: BIGR) the pre-eminent online Bingo portal, today announced that it has appointed Jeremy Black, CA as Chief Financial Officer of the company.
Prior to joining Bingo.com, Mr. Black was Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded Blue Zone, Inc., a leading developer of online convergence applications.
In his new role at Bingo.com, Mr. Black is responsible for the financial operations of the company and will provide leadership in many areas, including investor communications, financial reporting, treasury management, and strategic financial developments.

Mr. Black has a long history of working for and with U.S. and Canadian publicly traded companies. He has worked with publicly traded resort and leisure giant Intrawest Corp. (NYSE and TSE), where he served as the Director of Financial Development. Before Intrawest, Mr. Black was a Senior Manager for KPMG in Vancouver, where he was directly involved with a broad range of complex public company projects and transactions, in both the US and Canada.
