Bingo.com Launches Pay-for-Play Bingo Affiliate Program

New Business Development Hires to Sell BiG’r Bingo

VANCOUVER, Canada, January, 24, 2002 / Bingo.com, Inc. (OTC BB: BIGR), operator of the Internet’s pre-eminent bingo portal, is proud to announce that it has launched an affiliate program for its pay-for-play skill Bingo game, BiG’r Bingo. As discussed during the investor conference call on January 23, 2002, web portals, publishers, media companies, charitable organizations, and other groups looking to raise money through online bingo will be able to share in the success of Bingo.com’s skill games. In BiG’r Bingo, 100% of the prize pool is paid out to participants. Bingo.com charges each player a small Network Maintenance Fee to join a game. Under the BiG’r Bingo affiliate program, partner sites will have the opportunity to earn up to 30% of total revenue generated from every new user who joins and plays Bingo.com’s BiG’r Bingo.

In order to ensure the proper execution of the affiliate strategy, Bingo.com is pleased to announce two new hires: C. Mark Devereux, VP Corporate Affairs and Jason Williams, Business Development Manager.

Mr. Devereux brings a wide variety of experience to Bingo.com ranging from corporate law to strategic planning to marketing and business development. Immediately before joining Bingo.com, Mr.Devereux was responsible for all legal matters, government relations, and business and client development in the Asian market for another Vancouver technology company. Before that he prepared strategies and negotiated joint ventures for North American companies (in the medical, environmental, agricultural and educational sectors) interested in marketing their technology and products overseas, primarily in India and China. Prior to that, he practiced corporate/commercial law for five years. Mr. Devereux’s experience is backed by a bachelor’s degree from the University of Victoria followed by a law degree from one of Canada’s premier law schools, Osgoode Hall.

Mr. Williams joins Bingo.com from a Vancouver software company where he was a Business Development representative since December 1999. In this role, he was responsible for a wide range of responsibilities includin sales, marketing, strategic planning, and the establishment of business development relationships in the technology sector. Prior to this position, he acted as a Business Analyst with RBC Dominion Securities in Toronto. In his new role at Bingo.com Mr. Williams will be responsible for overseeing the growth and development of the BiG’r Bingo product and the strategic direction of the business development department of the business. Mr. Williams has a bachelor of commerce degree, specializing in entrepreneurship, from the University of Victoria.
