(TSXV: SGW) (OTCQB: SGLDF) (“the Company”), mobile software developer, publisher, and owner of Rooplay (http://www.rooplay.com) and the Rooplay Originals games featuring Garfield, Moomin, and Mr. Men & Little Miss today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Fortumo to distribute Rooplay and the Rooplay Originals on mobile operator platforms and monetize them on their carrier payment gateway.

Shoal Games will be using Fortumo’s Android SDK to increase its payment coverage using carrier billing in addition to its other payment processing facilities. The Fortumo Android SDK gives Shoal Games the capability to reach subscribers of more than 350 mobile operators in 100 countries through one integration. Compared to other payment methods, carrier billing has increased coverage so any mobile user (both prepaid and postpaid) can make online payments. Carrier billing has a market share of 14.5% (3rd place after bank cards and digital wallets) in digital gaming, according to the research company Superdata Research.

At the meeting, the Shoal Games shareholders re-elected the Board of Directors; reappointed the Auditors; re-affirmed the option plan; and discussed the results of 2016 and the first 9 months of 2017 which culminated in the successful financing of US$1,055,773 to help grow the Company in the coming months.

At the AGM the Company also formed a new Advisory Board of two founding members who will assist the Shoal Games team to successfully meet its objectives.   Joining the Shoal Games advisory board are Stan Chow and Dave Long.

ANGUILLA, B.W.I., September 29, 2017 / Shoal Games Ltd. (TSX-V:SGW) (OTCQB:SGLDF) (the “Company”), mobile software developer, owner, and publisher of Rooplay (http://www.rooplay.com) and the Rooplay Originals games featuring Garfield, Moomin, and Mr. Men & Little Miss today announced that it has completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement financing previously announced on September 12, 2017.  The Financing totaled US$1,010,763 (the “Financing”) and consisted of 2,887,895 units priced at US$0.35 per unit (“Units”).  Each Unit was comprised of one common share and one share purchase warrant.  Each share purchase warrant is exercisable into one common share of the Company for 12 months following closing.  The exercise price of the warrants is US$0.44 per share for the first six months following closing and US$0.52 per share for the period which is 7-12 months following closing.

ANGUILLA, B.W.I., September 12, 2017 – Shoal Games Ltd. (TSXV: SGW) (OTCQB: SGLDF) (“the Company”), mobile software developer, publisher, and owner of Rooplay (http://www.rooplay.com) and the Rooplay Originals games featuring Garfield, Moomin, and Mr. Men & Little Miss today released a general corporate update and announced that it intends to complete a non brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of up to US$1,120,000.

Shoal Games announced that it has entered into an agreement with IMImobile to distribute and monetize games on their platform. The IMImobile platform delivers content to mobile carriers such as MTN, Vodafone, AT&T and many others. Shoal Games has uploaded games into the IMImobile platform and is presently coordinating a multi-market launch on the platform across MTN’s network of more than 200 million mobile subscribers in more than 20 countries for rollout over the coming months.

Shoal Games also provided an update on the status of Anguilla BWI after hurricane Irma hit the Island. No major damage was done to the Shoal Games corporate headquarters. While no Shoal Games assets were impacted by the storm, the Company would like to express sympathy for all those that have sustained damage from the hurricane in the past week.
