Prior to joining Bingo.com, Mr. Black was Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded Blue Zone, Inc., a leading developer of online convergence applications.
In his new role at Bingo.com, Mr. Black is responsible for the financial operations of the company and will provide leadership in many areas, including investor communications, financial reporting, treasury management, and strategic financial developments.

Company Moves to Outsource Site Management to Reduce Overhead and Increase Sales Effort

Under the terms of the agreement, NextLevel will provide Bingo.com with strategic marketing, web page design, hosting, and will assume the advertising sales for the Bingo.com free bingo web portal. The sales will be made from NextLevel’s offices in New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Vancouver.

Williams has accepted the position of interim President and CEO of the company effective Monday, August 20th, 2001.
